1. Legal Disclaimer

For Educational and Entertainment Purposes Only. Astrology is a symbolic and interpretive tool for self-awareness and reflection; it is not a guarantee of any specific outcome. A reading does not replace professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. I, Aaron Turner, accept no liability for any actions taken or decisions made based on the content of your reading. Any actions taken are the sole responsibility of the client. By booking, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older.

2. Booking, Cancellations & Expiry

  • Payment: Payment is required in full via invoice to secure your booking. Sessions are not confirmed until payment has been received. Once payment is received, your session will be confirmed and added to your calendar with a Google Meet link.

  • Booking Notice: Due to the significant preparation work involved, sessions must typically be scheduled at least 14 days in advance.

  • Birth Data: A confirmed birth time is required for the most accurate reading. If you are unsure of your birth time, I can still offer a meaningful reading, though techniques will be more limited.

  • Rescheduling: I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to move a session. You may reschedule a specific session once at no extra cost. A second request for the same appointment will result in the session being forfeited to cover the preparation time and calendar space.

  • No-Shows: Because significant chart preparation work is completed in advance of our meeting, failure to attend a confirmed session or providing less than 24 hours' notice will result in that session being forfeited (counted as used) to cover the preparation work.

  • Scheduling & Unused Sessions: Once payment has been received, the session is confirmed and the client will be invited to schedule their appointment. If no session date is selected within a reasonable time frame (typically 3 weeks) despite follow-up communication, the booking will be considered closed and the session will be deemed used. No refunds will be issued for unused or unclaimed sessions within this period. Clients are welcome to contact at a later date to arrange a new session, subject to availability and current pricing.

  • Session Recordings: If a session is recorded and provided to you, it is for personal use only. Recordings may not be shared, published, uploaded, or distributed publicly or commercially without prior written consent.

  • Right to Refuse or Terminate Service: I reserve the right to refuse or terminate a session or booking at my discretion, particularly in cases of inappropriate behaviour, disrespect, breach of boundaries, or issues relating to payment or booking terms. No refunds are issued for sessions already delivered or for prepared work. Any remaining unused sessions in a block booking will be cancelled.

  • Expiry & Forfeiture: To maintain continuity and momentum in the work, sessions must be used within the following time frames:

  • Single Sessions: Must be used within 3 months of purchase.

  • 3 Session Block + 4th one free: Must be used within 6 months of purchase.

  • Expired Sessions: Any sessions not used within these periods are considered forfeited. No refunds will be issued for sessions that have expired.

3. Refund & Early Termination Policy

  • Single Sessions: All services are highly personalised and made to order. Once a reading has taken place, the sale is final and no refunds will be issued.

  • Block Bookings (Buy 3, Get 4th Free): This package is designed for clients committed to long-term work. The 4th session is provided complimentary only upon the completion of the first three paid sessions.

  • Early Termination: Should you choose to terminate a package before all sessions are completed, the "4th session free" discount is voided.

4. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)

  • Data Collection: When you book, I collect your name, email, and birth details (date, time, and location). This information is used exclusively to prepare your astrological chart and provide your consultation.

  • Confidentiality: Your data is treated with complete confidentiality and stored securely. Your information is never shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

  • Your Rights: You have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time.

Agreement

By submitting payment or booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the Privacy, Data Collection, and Refund terms, as well as the Legal Disclaimer outlined above.
